This is a feature unique to our lateral elliptical and not found on most other machines in the industry. The LateralX targets a user’s upper body with our MultiGrip and Converging Path handlebars. The MultiGrip feature targets different arm, chest and back muscles while the Converging Path feature encourages natural arm movements.
